STAGE61 Event Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to ticket sales and attendance at events organised by Stage61 Australia (“Stage61”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please note that these conditions may change over time.

TICKET PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY

1. Direct Ticket Sales (No Refunds): When purchasing tickets directly from Stage61, no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless required by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law). This applies regardless of changes in personal circumstances or external factors such as adverse weather.

2. Third-Party Sales: If you purchase tickets from a third-party provider, you must contact that provider for any refund or exchange requests. Stage61 is not responsible for tickets sold through third-party platforms.

3. Event Cancellations, Reschedules, or Relocations: If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated by the event organizer, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the event is postponed and rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Process: If an event is cancelled and a refund is applicable, Stage61 will attempt to process the refund to the original payment method. If the ticket was purchased via a third-party seller, you must follow their refund process.

TICKET PRICING & LIMITATIONS

5. Pricing: Ticket prices are set by the event organizer at the time of sale and may be subject to change due to demand or other factors.

6. Purchase Limits: The number of tickets a customer may purchase per event may be restricted. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of all or part of the order.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

7. Entry to an event is subject to the terms and conditions set by the event organizer and venue. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all event and venue regulations, including:

• Safety and security protocols.

• Prohibited items (e.g., food, cameras, or recording devices).

• Any age restrictions or specific conditions set for the event.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in denied entry or removal from the venue without a refund.

RESALE & UNAUTHORISED TICKET SALES

8. Tickets purchased from Stage61 may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval. Unauthorised resale or transfer may result in ticket cancellation without a refund.

SYSTEM ERRORS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

9. System Errors: If an error occurs in ticket pricing or availability, Stage61 reserves the right to correct the error and offer the correct price or cancel the transaction.

10. Customer Errors: Customers are responsible for ensuring they enter the correct details at the time of purchase. Stage61 may charge reprocessing fees if errors require correction.

TICKET VALIDITY & COLLECTION

11. Tickets must be purchased from Stage61 or an authorized seller. If authenticity or validity is in question, entry to the event may be denied.

12. Tickets will be delivered via the selected delivery or collection method at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely ticket collection.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Stage61 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and will apply to future purchases. It is your responsibility to review the latest version before making a purchase.
